All of our large terminals include tanker wash facilities staffed by PDI Bulk personnel who follow our ISO 9001 approved quality procedures for washing of tankers. By integrating this service, our bulk trucking customers benefit from greater flexibility in delivery times and security from product contamination.
Our team conducts thorough risk assessments at our terminals on a regular basis. All our facilities incorporate appropriate safety measures to ensure that our employees, contractors, customers, and suppliers are safe when in any PDI Bulk terminal.
Additionally, we have developed Health and Safety programs to eliminate risks before they occur at all our warehousing and distribution facilities.
At our bulk transfer terminals, we utilize high-capacity, low-thermal loading pumps designed to minimize the creation of angel hairs and streamers in the transloading of plastic pellets. These specialized units were co-developed by PDI Bulk with the manufacturer in order to provide the most efficient method of transloading plastics while adhering to the quality standards our customers require.
PDI Bulk operates warehousing and packaging facilities in all key markets across Canada. Click here to view our locations, warehouse square footage, and service capabilities. By integrating our packaging capabilities with rail transloading we can boost operational efficiency by eliminating a step in the supply chain and packaging directly from customer railcars.

Our specialized packaging processes allow us to maximize weight while reducing material costs and our fully-automated warehousing system uses RF barcode technology for accurate inventory loading, tracking, and invoicing.
